The National Women’s Philanthropy Spring Board Retreat is an annual meeting in New York for almost 150 National Women’s Philanthropy Board Members from over 60 communities. Once together, NWP Board Members engage in exclusive, high-level conversations to learn from top experts about the priorities in the Federation system and hot topics in the Jewish world.

Together we engage the collective and focus on leadership, development, fundraising, and more. National Women’s Philanthropy Board Members then take their knowledge as ambassadors back to their local communities. They move ideas forward, make change, and inspire more people to get involved in Federation’s work locally, in Israel and around the world.
