Description:
The executive assistant will collaborate with the CEO in providing the overall management of the organization. This include implementation of the Strategic Planning priorities, assistance in developing and managing some of the activities and events related to the Annual Campaign and other fundraising initiatives, and community programs for different audiences.
The EA will report directly to the CEO of the Hamilton Jewish Federation.
Qualifications:
- Experience in working for other non-profit organizations
- Appreciation of, and commitment to Israel and Jewish values
- Familiarity with Fundraising, event planning and programming
- Familiarity with Jewish communities
- Ability to work full time, some nights and weekends if needed
- Proficiency in Social Media platforms and Microsoft

- University / College Degree required
Compensation
- Commensurate with experience. A full benefits package is included.
