In this time of anxiety and uncertainty, parents are navigating new waters as they adapt and learn how to care for and support their children and quell their anxieties. Yet parents need to feel supported if they are to show up with patience and love for their children. This class, presented by Orot: Center for Jewish for New Jewish Learning, will nourish the parents, offering teachings from the Jewish tradition and mindfulness tools and building a sacred community of Jewish parents to support one another during this challenging time.
